Volunteers will be needed to support the following areas:
- Worship & Social Events (8-10 volunteers) - support planning for special services, congregation meals, and community events during our year of celebration

Marketing & Public Relations (5-10 volunteers) - support design and/or distribution of marketing communication materials including one or more of the following:
- Website Maintenance
- Flyers/Pamphlets
- E-Newsletters
- Social Media
- Congregation Snail Mail
- Historical Booklet Update (2 volunteers) - curate content updates for newest edition of Saint John (Flatrock) historical booklet
- Congregation Pictorial Directory (4-5 volunteers) - help to schedule congregation families for pictures and/or provide check-in support on picture day
- Commemorative Items (3-4 volunteers) - support with selection, design, inventory, merchandising, and sales of commemorative items
- Parade Float (3-5 volunteers) - support with designing, building, staffing, and/or communication for parade floats at local community festivals
- Property Renovations (2 volunteers) - support project management of selected 175th anniversary property updates
